Where is the hotel and how do I get there?
We are located at 25 Semaphore Road, on the northern side between Military Road and the Esplanade. Please see the map below.
Can I cancel or change my room reservation once booked?
Our standard policy that applies to most (but not all) reservations, is cancellations/amendments are accepted free of charge before 2pm the day prior to arrival. After this time, a cancellation fee equivalent to the 1st night will apply. It is highly recommended to check the specific policies applicable the rate selected when making your reservation.
Where do I park?
Car parking is at the rear of the property, accessed via Swan Street.
What are the check-in/out times?
Preparing the rooms to a high standard can take time. Therefore we guarantee check-ins any time after 2pm until the required departure time of 10am.
What will be required to check-in?
We take fraud and guest security very seriously. Therefore you will be asked to provide valid Photo ID and a credit/debit card that matches the exact booking name. This will be required even if you have stayed previously.
We will not be able to check-in anyone on others’ behalf unless specifically arranged in advance with Reception.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a $200 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. It will be refunded after your stay, provided there are no additional charges.
Can I store my luggage?
Sure can! We’ll be happy to hold your bags either before check-in or after check-out free of charge. Just let the staff know at the time.
Are there any accessible rooms?
Yes! One of our Superior Rooms is fully compliant as an accessible accommodation option. This can be requested when booking on this site or by mentioning to Reception if calling directly.
Is there a lift?
We have 5 rooms fully accessible via the lift. All other rooms do require using a small flight of 10 stairs.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not, no pets of any kind will not be permitted throughout our premises, with the exception of assistance/guide/support dogs with associated documentation.
