THE DINING ROOM - COPPIN ROOM
The Coppin Room offers a relaxed dining experience — order at the Main Bar Sunday to Wednesday, with table service available Thursday to Saturday. Led by Head Chef Ashley Nguyen, who has earned a 2025 AGFG Chef’s Hat and a SA Restaurant & Catering Award for Excellence, the menu is paired with a curated wine and cocktail list to create a considered, elevated dining experience.
THE MEZZANINE & DECK
Perched above the main floor, the Mezzanine is a contemporary lounge bar designed for relaxed sophistication. Enjoy classic cocktails and 12 beers on tap in a refined setting, perfect for after-work drinks, casual catch-ups or unwinding at your own pace, with a menu designed for easy, shareable dining.
THE DECK
The Deck offers a relaxed, open-air space just moments from the beach, flowing seamlessly from the Mezzanine. Perfect for long afternoons or laid-back evenings, it’s the place to enjoy a drink, coffee or casual bite while unwinding with friends.
